The International Truck, Trailer and Equipment Show 2010 has come and gone but not without recognising Daimler Trucks for the outstanding cusomer service by staff on the MBAuP stand with the "Best Customer Service" Award.

It’s official: The best customer service in the business

Mercedes-Benz Australia/Pacific’s (MBAuP) focus on exceptional customer service has been officially recognised with the Best Customer Service Award at the biggest dedicated transport event ever in Australia, the 2010 International Truck, Trailer and Equipment (ITTE) Show.

The award was presented to Daimler Trucks for the outstanding customer service provided by staff on the MBAuP stand.

Vince King, MBAuP CV Service and Parts General Manager, said the award

reflected a company-wide mission to help customers run the best operation possible.

“Exceptional customer service is not something you build overnight – it is a

reflection of who you are and what you stand for,” he said.

“MBAuP’s number one focus is on our customers and what we can do to help

them. This recognition is a reward for our team and fitting acknowledgement of their commitment to the brand and the products that we provide to the industry.

“We are thrilled to be recognised with this achievement at such a major industry event, and following on from winning Best Industry Truck Display at the inaugural

ITTE Show this inspires to our team to raise the bar even higher.”
